What is the difference between Growth and Premium?
Growth is a one-time setup that runs itself indefinitely. Premium adds monthly optimization: Mohamed reviews conversation logs, tunes the AI responses, runs seasonal reactivation campaigns, and provides priority support. For clinics that want continuous improvement, not just a setup.
Can I start with Growth and upgrade to Premium later?
Yes. Many clinics start with Growth to see results, then upgrade once they understand the value. The $997 setup fee is credited toward Premium — you only pay the difference.
What are the actual ongoing costs?
On Starter and Growth: only Twilio SMS usage, typically $10–30/month depending on call volume, paid directly to Twilio. We help you set this up. On Premium: $297/month plus Twilio usage.
How does split payment work?
You pay the first half upfront to begin setup. The second half is due after 30 days of live results. If it does not deliver — you do not pay the second half.
Do you work with multiple locations?
